Unable to connect with Printer in workgroup
Hello,
You can try to fix this issue by re-installing the device driver.
Go to Start menu >> type “Printers” >> press “Enter”. Right-click on the problematic printer, go to “Properties” >> “Hardware” tab >> “Properties” button on the bottom >> “Driver” tab >> click “Uninstall”.
Now, reconnect your device to your PC and it should find out its suitable driver and work without any issue.
