How to create the automatic folders which were in my camera?

My last memory card in the camera has had created auto folders like "pictures/ videos etc.," but I formatted the card and my camera says "memory card not supported"

Hey Tarah!

Do not worry about your problem. Basically when you format the card Via computer, it completely format your card and creates no default folder.

Now if you want to create the default folder for your camera, you have to insert your memory card in the camera and format it with the help of your camera. Once it completed the format, it will automatically create some default folder like Pictures and videos. After that it will not say unsupported memory card anymore. Now you can use your camera memory card easily.

Hello Tarah, learn more about errors related to Memory cards and troubleshooting methods, follow this support link.

Refer solutions for common problems, that are mentioned in the user guide of your product as well.In this case, the camera memory maybe either corrupted or defected. But let’s not take it much seriously, check the camera’s current firmware version. Try updating it to the latest version. The firmware version most probably should be the originate of the problem. You can run a virus scan for the camera’s drive as well. And a full formatting of the disk might help.

If above solutions doesn’t work, I suggest you contact a service center/customer support of your products manufacturer.
