I have read your problem. I don't know about any Websites that offer this for free. But You can try to download it by:

• Search it in Google. If you want it for free, you must mention it in search box.
• You can also search in different shearing sits such as 4shared, file sonic etc.

Hi Isabellartd, I have found a site where you can have a free download of what you are looking for.  Try this link: http://download.cnet.com/s/java-technologies-for-ipad-and-iphone/ios/ and you can also look in from this site: http://softwaretopic.informer.com/java-tech-fio-ipad/.   Numerous sites about downloads for java technologies are available online you just need to Google it.
