Hi Experts,

While taking screenshot of my desktop with screen recorder software I received an error message.

Have you any idea for the Wave in Error?

The screenshot of the message is as under. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Hello

Here are some tips:

1. Configure a “Fixed Region” and use odd numbers in specifying the width and height.
2. For you to solve it quicker you better format your hard drive and reinstall Windows.
3. Follow the suggested fix.
4. Try running Windows 7 if it helps.
5. You can even try using numbers for the width and height of the record region whenever you are using similar codecs.
6. If you highlight the capture width and height of odd numbers, it can make the capture works.
