Driver Gigabyte GA 81865 GVMK dowload

Hello Guys,

I had driver Gigabyte GA 81865 GVMK dowload for my system with  Intel Pentium 4  Processor 524 3.06GHZ CPU, but it seems to be not responding. Is that the correct CPU for this board, please do let me know what to be done to overcome this issue.
