Uncaught Exception Error – Application not responding

Hi! Guys!

Can someone tell me what I should do regarding this error? It says an uncaught exception. I tried asking Google about this one but it only gave me very few results, which is not even helpful for resolving this.

I’m now so desperate and I really need this fixed as soon as possible. I can’t use my app properly because of this and I don’t have the slightest idea on what net_rim_plazmic is. Is it the app that I’m trying to run which is causing the problem? Or is it with my phone?

Uncaught Exception Error – Application not responding

Hi! Angela,

The uncaught exception application error that you got means that there is a problem in which you need to do a clean reboot of your phone. For doing this, you have to take following steps:

First connect your phone to the computer and open the desktop software. Then by clicking the 'Device Menu' scroll down to the menu of 'Update my device' option. It will open a dialog box, where you will have to select 'View other versions' option. In the available versions a check box represents your current version. You need to click on that and then click on 'Install Update' button to perform this reboot.
