Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 license verification error

Friends, I think you can help me with Microsoft office 2010.

I installed MS Office 2010 on my Xenapp 4.5 server.

 

I’m getting the error message "Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 cannot verify the license for this product. You should run a repair through the control panel".

 

I ran the repair from the add /remove in the control panel. I’m still receiving that Error message.

 

I still get the error message when I entered the product key again.

 

Please suggest your answers. Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 license verification error

Hi Jabez Zion, I search a solution that may help you solve your problem.

Before repairing it on the control panel you must first download this software:

1. After downloading this file run it.

2. Choose remove office 2010 license information.

3. Then Click Start>Control panel> Add/remove program.

4. Click on Microsoft office and then click change.

5. Now enter your product key.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 license verification error

Do the following to fix the error:

 

1. Click Start then type "cmd".

2. Right-click the Command Prompt icon then click "Run as administrator".

3. In the Command Prompt window, type "cd" then Enter.

4. Type "cdprogram filesmicrosoft officeoffice14" then Enter.

5. Type "cscript ospp.vbs /act".

 

 

This will register your Microsoft Office using the same product key. Wait until the window tells that the product activation was successful. This will activate the MS Office software. If ever you get an error saying that the Software protection platform service is not running, just enable Software Protection service form Services.

 

You may now re-open your Microsoft Office 2010 and should not get any more errors.
