How can I learn web designing?

To learn web design you need to take knowledge about html (Hyper Text Markup Language) and css (Cascading Style Sheets). If you can grow a strong basic of html and css, you must design a well done website for any other corporation. But if you want to develop dynamic website you have to have the exclusive knowledge of Php and Mysql. Internet is the most informative place where you must get the proper knowledge about any subject.
