Error Code 19: Windows cannot start due to damaged configuration
This is mainly the cause by multiple issues in the windows registry. You see this error message when something is wrong with one of the programs (cannon installer, Nero, recording software's)
Solution:
1. Start the windows to "last known good configuration" mode
Last Known good configuration: It will recognize the time your system was not having any problems. Â
2. If you made any changes on devices or installed any new device: undo any changes made on you PC and restart the computer.Â
3. You can upgrade the divide you;re trying to install (if available) and try installing if back again.Â
4. Scan your registry  regularly to check for any errorÂ
