Hey Shozon!

There are many software with the help of which you can create HTML page easily. Some are easy to use, that are for beginners and other are for experts, that are difficult in use.

Well if you are asking about the best HTML creator, then I would like to recommend you Notepad++. This software is very easy and is very user friendly. I f you are new to HTML and you are just a beginner then this software will help you a lot in making HTML pages. I am going to add a link here for the software. You can download it install it.

I think what you want to do is to create or design your own HTML template and then use it on your website without having to go through those tedious part of designing an HTML page and creating the webpage’s separate CSS and JavaScript files. With an HTML template, you have an instant webpage with just a few clicks using its software.

There are many HTML generators or creators that can be downloaded from the web and one of them is Artisteer. It is a webpage design software where you can create HTML, Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, DotNetNuke, and Blogger templates. I’ve already used it just to see what the final output looks like and they have great designs to choose from.
