How to do updating of asus unknown driver?

Hello there,

Recently, I re-installed Asus driver into my computer and in my belief, I installed all the drivers properly but then there was a message saying that an Asus unknown driver is existing in my system, I suspect that I need to update this but I don’t exactly now how to do it.

Please help.

How to do updating of asus unknown driver?

Hi Louise Rios,

If you don't know the name of the missing driver, please try to find which device which does not work properly. Then you can find the driver which needs to be updated.

Try to use an automatic driver finding software, such as Drivermax or Drivergenius. These softwares will find the missing driver for you. You can update existing drivers using these softwares as well.

Hi Louise,

 

If you're using windows 7 you can update you drivers automatically using 'windows update'. It will automatically search for missing drivers and download. You can also try Asus website.

Yes, you need to update the unknown device driver. You can go to the ASUS Download page to download the required driver. Just type your ASUS model name and click search. Or if you don't know which device is it, you can get it from the ASUS Support page. Download and extract the ZIP file.
