I want to stop using pen drives and other portable devices in my office’s computer. Where to set up this option?
It is only for pen drive protection for your computer. Please do the instruction below.
Go to Start menu >type regedit in the run>registry editor open>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>Current ControlSet>services>USBSTOR click here & go to right panel you see Start button in blue colour. Double click on Start button a window open. In this window you see a value data option. There you put "4" for Disable the pen drive from your PC and if you want to enable it again put "3" that field.

You can have it done by the two different ways,
Method 1: Configuring it in the Registry Settings. To do this,
• Navigate to START> RUN, type “regedit” and hit enter.
• Move to the following key “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesUSBSTOR”
• In the right pane change the value to 3.
Method 2: Disable the USB ports in the Device Manager.
