An error occurred while recording the video

Hello everyone,

I just finished editing my video in Movie Maker, but unfortunately cannot export. I click on "Save my video" and an error message appears:

"An error occurred while recording the video. Please try again."

Note that I'm running Windows Millennium and I have already managed to export a video today. A few minutes later cannot export the final. Could someone tell me what to do? Thanks in advance.

Hello dear friend,

You mention that an error occur when you recording the video. This type of problem generally faced for audio soundcard problem.

So at first you have to check your audio sound card that is ok? For this case the solution is reinstalling your computer soundcard drivers. It can be resolve your problem if still face that recording error problem then that’s may be other type of problem.

Otherwise you can contact to your sound card manufacturer company to solve the recording error problem. They will provide all how to install the sound card software.

And any other necessary advice.
