Hello,

I am receiving the below error message in Excel when try to use Office 2010 64-bit while I am using the latest version of Pastel Business Intelligence Centre. I want to resolve this issue asap. Thanks for any assistance.

Pastel Business Intelligence Centre FA Error

This is because you are using Microsoft Office 2010 with 64 bit. You should install and use Office 2010 with 32 bit instead. The 64 bit version does not allow a lot of add ins when different programs are used and normally this is where the problems begin. The 32 bit version should be installed whether you are using 32 or 64 bit operating systems.
