What is the best home video creator ubuntu? I downloaded some from the internet before but have some compatibility problems due to my ubuntu operating system. I need a software which is user friendly and compatible with ubuntu operating system.

There are number of video creators for Ubuntu operating system.  Top five Ubuntu (Linux) video creators are Avidemux, Cinelerra, Kdenlive, Kino and LiVES. All of these are free software. 

1.     Cinelerra can be used as an Animator, Artists/Illustrators or Video Editor. 

2.     Avidemux is a none-linear editor and this is a videographer.

3.     Kino is a home video editor or a creator.

4.     Kdenlive is another home video editor or a creator.

5.     LiVES is another home video editor.
