Hi,
I bought a PC 1 year ago. Recently I am having some problems with it. They are my PC’s mouse and keyboard hangs. I can't move my mouse cursor. It can’t be undone without restarting. After a few minutes this problem arises again and I have to do the same thing again. What do I do?Â
Â
Thanks!

I think you have some great problem. You have to try it out yourself first, before you give it in Warranty.
Â
First of all reset your BIOS by opening your Motherboard's battery. Then try to check your Ram, using Memtest and other software. After that try to check your Hard Disk. You can use benchmarking software, to test your Hard Disk. Watch carefully if the graph has any problems showing there.
Â
You can also change your SATA cable. Sometimes, if this cable is loose, then the PC can’t run from the Hard Disk properly and it hangs. Use S. M. A. R. T, to see what it has to say about your Hard Disk. If it shows that your hard disk is OK, then you can try to do a fresh install of your OS. This can solve the problem. You can also try by changing tour CLRTC jumper. For more information

Hi,
There are several possible causes to your problem. It could be:
Â
-
Hardware
-
Operating System
-
Drivers
-
Software
-
Memory Fragmentation
-
CMOS Settings
-
A combination of the above
As your computer is only one year old, it's unlikely to be a hardware problem. Well, it might, but you still need to check other possibilities, before you take your computer back, to a computer store.
Â
Try to do clean your system by following these steps:
Â
-
Delete Your Cookies: Go to your Internet browser. Depends which browser you use, delete the cookies, history, etc.
-
Clean Up Your Disk: Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. Do this once for each drive that you have.
-
Defrag Your Computer: Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter. Select all your disks and defrag.
-
Make Sure Your Computer is Virus Free: A virus or a Spyware can slowdown or even wreck havoc on your computer, so you need an Antivirus to get rid of them.
-
Make Sure There's No Faulty Driver: Try to remember, if you have recently added a new hardware or updated a new driver, for your old hardware. A faulty driver could also cause problems to your system.
I hope that fixes your computer. If your computer still hangs, then it might indeed be a hardware problem.

Behind the system virus is working. You can scan your PC with the help of an Antivirus.
