An Update error of nRoute

Hi all,

I've got a problem. I've just downloaded the latest version of nRoute. I am trying to run this by installing it. But i can't do this. Here I get an error message and that is:

 

"There is a problem with the nRoute registry. Please re-install the nRoute and start it again."

 

I tried to solve this issue personally but in vain. I need some tips for this issue.

An Update error of nRoute

If you are having a problem installing nRoute on your computer, maybe there is a problem in your system. It is not common for a program to have a registry error during its installation because the registration entries that are being written into the Windows registry are from within the installer itself.

That’s why it is very unlikely to happen. But since you are having this kind of problem, try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.

For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities, PC Tools Performance Toolkit, or Norton SystemWorks. These tools are capable of fixing different file system and partition problems.

After the disk check try installing it again. nRoute 2.76 was the last version to be released. If you are using a different version, try downloading this version at http://www.gpsinformation.org/penrod/nroute/nroute.html.
