Razor synapse doesn’t open problem

Hi,

I have Razer Synapse on my system.

When I tried to open it Synapse doesn't open and shows any message like updating Razer Synapse.

What is the problem?

If you know the solutions help me please.

Razor synapse doesn’t open problem

Hi,

• At first exit from it by using a right button option.
• Go to the Control Panel for uninstalling it.
• Go to the Device Manager; take out related HID acquiescent tools along with configuring tools.
• Now install it again. It should work properly.

Another way is stopping the updating option from the setting when it was launched first time.

Razor synapse doesn’t open problem

Hi Kaitlynnnatasha,

I think you are asking about Razer Synapse if is it then,

They'll work without any Razer drivers,but you'll need the Configuration:

1. Press the Start button + r.
2. Type msconfig minus the quotations and hit enter.
3. Go to the Startup tab and find Razer Synapse.
4. Uncheck it and hit okay.

Now it won't start up but you can still launch the program if you ever need it.

Razor synapse doesn’t open problem

Hi,

From your description I become to know that you faced some sort of problems when you open razor synapse. I think it happens for some technical problems.

I think there have some installation problem or else. At this stage you can remove the previous installed file and you can download the updated version from here.

After remove the previous version please use c cleaner to fix the past issues clean up and must restart the pc.

I think your problem will solved soon.
