An error of Yahoo Messenger

Hi all, I've downloaded the newest version of Yahoo messenger. I used to use the yahoo messenger version 10 before. But Whenever I tried to install the newest version, I got an error. It is like DLL error. Every time I tried to install it, the same thing happened.
 

So, How can i get rid of this problem ??

An error of Yahoo Messenger

Hi,

You have downloaded the latest version of Yahoo Messenger. But earlier you were using version 10 of Yahoo Messenger. While installing the latest version you found an error (DLL). However, to complete the whole procedure you may go through the followings:

1. Close your internet connection first. Remove your current version of Yahoo Messenger completely. The procedure may vary for different types of configuration. However, it is the same as Settings-Add/Remove Program-Remove-ok. When it is over, restart your computer.

2. Download the desired version of Yahoo Messenger.

3. Install it carefully.

An error of Yahoo Messenger

Hello Arnold,

To resolve the error that you are getting during the installation of the Yahoo Messenger, you will need to do the following:

• First of all, you will need to go to Google on Xmllite.dll file for your Windows Operating  System version.
• And then you will download Yahoo Messenger from a trusted site to your system and after that extract the file if it zipped.
• And then you will locate the extracted Xmllite.dll file, and then copy and paste it into your Windows 'System' folder, and not the system32 folder.
• After that you will restart your system and then use ccleaner to clean your system registry.
• Once you have done that, you can go ahead and download Yahoo Messenger and install it.
