What to do when my computer stops?

You should check your computer if there is a virus. If not you should check your RAM because maybe there is too many applications open. You also should check your computer if there is a over heating happened in your computer. Also check your motherboard if there is blown capacitors. Check if there is also a power shortage because it also cause it to break the capacitors in your motherboard.

If you did not encounter this kind of things, should contact now a computer technician to check your computer and know what the real problem is.

Hi,

Your computer frequently freezes or completely halts or stops working when you are working at your computer. These are the possible reasons behind the issue:

1. Your recent programs may not be compatible with your computer configuration.

2. Running too many programs at a time.

3. Your boot sector may be corrupted with virus.

4. There may be too many temporary file conflicting with your programs.

However, you are suggested the followings:

1. Make sure that your Antivirus is updated and your desired version.

2. From the run menu you can find %temp%, recent and prefetch and delete them all.
