When I start opera I get “Update Opera” message (picture attached). I don’t want to update every time it shows me the message.

Hello Moose.
The auto update feature of Opera keeps your Opera browser up to date with the latest security fixes, new features, and bug fixes. For your own security, I would suggest that you keep it on. Also, based on the screenshot that you showed, Opera has already downloaded the update. All it requires is confirmation for you to install it.
To answer your question, here's how you can customize the auto update feature of Opera to suit your preferences:
1. Click on the Opera button -> Settings – Preferences… -> Advanced -> Security
2. You will notice the Auto-update section with the drop-down menu.
3. Select from one of these choices: "Do not check for updates" or "Automatically install updates".
Both options will not bother you with update messages.
