Dear viewers,

I am presently using ultimate pre-alpha 107. A little bit earlier I have been using FBook and also some other tabs at the time of the error’s appearing. At first the following error message appears,

As I have closed the first error message, the following second error message appears. ;

“ Tile : Application error

Exception EJclMapiError in module avant.exe at 000FD340

MAPI Error: (2) "General MAPI failure”

Hi Jolieyuliana,

This problem indicates that the ShipRush is unable to pass email info to local email client. And to solve this you need to check default MAPI program set in the Windows. This is configured in Windows control panel. Even if the app sees itself as default app – sometimes Windows does not recognize it. Change default MAPI program to another email client. Save and change back to desired client. Reboot your PC. It will resolve your problem often. Verify if there is no third party plug-in in local email client. Try to disabling them if there is so that they will not interfering w/ ShipRush passing the email template.
