Nokia Coolpix L120 screen goes blank

Hello,

I am using a Nokia Coolpix L120 camera but I have a problem such that every time I try to take a photo the screen just goes blank. Then it goes completely off and I have to restart it. It doesn't happen when I view photos taken earlier so what could be the problem?

Hi Merrill,

I think you are referring to Nikon Coolpix L120. Have you fully charged your camera? Perhaps, you should try charging it overnight. If the camera is still shutting down, you should go to Nikon Service Center or where you bought it (especially when your camera is still under warranty).
