Play YouTube smoothly on a tablet using the app

Hi,

I have an internet connection of 2 MB/S. When I try to play (any) video on YouTube using the app on the tablet, it plays for some time and then hangs. I think my speed is not that bad so how else can I make videos to run smoothly?

Hello Jeffrey M Cardenas,

It would have been better if you just mentioned your tablet model. Anyway, first make sure you are using an updated version of YouTube app because there might be bugs in previous versions. Now clear cache of YouTube by going to Settings > App > YouTube and press clear cache. Also clear RAM usage by stopping wanted apps. If the problem still persists update your flash player and try again. After research I found no actual solution for this problem. This might be some bugs. Wait for the next YouTube version till it is resolved.
