Hi Erni Fitri,
Well, it is actually pretty easy on how to know or detect if there may be a spyware, an adware, or a virus. Especially when you are using windows 7 or windows vista as your operating system, these operating systems have an additional feature called Windows Bitdefender. It is a feature in Windows 7 and Vista which acts as an antivirus; it can detect spyware, adware and virus if ever found in your system. Instead, you can rather install and use a reliable antivirus. That way you can secure your computer more, and protect it from these malicious softwares.

When a computer has been infected by a virus, usually, the effect is hardly noticeable. But as the time goes by, as you use your computer, the effect of the virus to the system slowly appears. You will notice some odd things happening to your computer like for example, sudden mouse clicks even if you did not make any clicks with your mouse.
You will also notice the sudden slowness of your computer’s performance. The reason why the machine behaves like this is that its CPU processes too many instructions that are all coming from the virus. Worst effect of it is the sudden disappearance of all the icons on your desktop. And most of the time viruses disable the Windows Task Manager to prevent you from seeing and stopping the processes done by the malware. That is why installing a reliable antivirus is necessary to prevent these kinds of malwares from penetrating the system. One good example is the Norton Internet Security which is a combination of an antivirus and a smart firewall.
