STOP Error on installing Windows XP

I get this after installing XP:

STOP 0x0000000A (0xBFD14AAC, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x8000F67C)

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP Error on installing Windows XP

This error occurs when a driver uses an incorrect memory address. Other reasons that could be responsible could be an incompatible device driver, hardware problems or incompatible software.

When stop errors like this occur, it is recommended to first resolve the issue with the Windows Error Reporting tool (this tool pops up automatically when an error occurs). This reporting tool sends an error report to Microsoft and a fix or workaround immediately. If nothing shows up or the error isn’t fixed by it they do as said in Advanced Troubleshooting section.

STOP Error on installing Windows XP

Hi good day,

You’ve got the same error during installing the of operating system, the most cases of this kind of error are missing or corrupt system files,incompatible software,incompatible device driver and corrupt operating system. The solution of this kind of error is windows recovery console and repair corrupt data structures. Or make a new installation of Windows system again.

STOP Error on installing Windows XP

Cause:

Normally This problem may occur because of device driver and incompatible software or missing files

THE SOLUTION IS:

Reinstall the device drivers.

Restore the Windows operating system.

Use the Windows Recovery Console and repair corrupted data structures.

Format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system Windows XP.

You have to format the hard drive as a last resort. It deletes all files on the hard drive and cause serious problems.
