Hi.

I have found that Weebly.com and Yola.com are the easiest to understand and to implement.

weebly.com is mostly click and drag.

and 

yola.com is more about clicking to insert.

Ps. they are both free sites. With the option to upgrade for a small fee.but don't let that phase you though cause it offers just about everything you need for a start up site.

When you ask how to develop a website I must say that it’s not an easy task that I could describe in few words. It’s a very complicate process which requires good knowledge in web design and development, Dedication, Hard work and time.

You need to have a good knowledge in a programming language like below to develop dynamic web sites.

ASP.NET, PHP, JAVA .etc

Knowledge in database programming

SQL SERVER, MYSQL, ORACLE .etc

If need a just a static website knowledge in following technologies would be enough.

CSS, HTML, JAVASCRIP, JQUERY, PHOTOSHOP, FLASH

 If you ask the question as “How do I develop a blog” of course it a much easy task. Just do a Google search with following terms.

Weebly.com, BlogSpot
