Using smartwatch without a cell phone plan with an iPod Touch

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with the Smartwatch? There are some services that can only be accessed through a data plan. I have an iPod and I want to know if I can use the Smartwatch without a data plan. How is it done?

Using smartwatch without a cell phone plan with an iPod Touch

Sad to say but you can’t use your iPod, it’s only possible with iOS devices that has Personal Hotspot feature such as iPhone, iPad (3^rd Generation) Wifi + Cellular or so on, and iPad mini Wifi + cellular and unfortunately it uses data plan. However, you can use any android phone with smartwatch , but it will only work with a smartphone that is competent of Bluetooth tethering or as long as it can be pair using Bluetooth with the smartwatch everything should be fine and no activation needed.
