I am new to this and need to setup my Gmail emails on my Phone 

How to configure Gmail on Nokia Lumia 520

Can i have the step by step to achieve this

Also please give me the steps to configure Exchange server emails from my Office to this device

How to configure Gmail on Nokia Lumia 520

To add a Gmail account on Nokia Lumia 520

1. go to Settings
2. Select "Email and Accounts"
3. Select "Add an account"
4. Choose "Google"
5. Add your Gmail address and password.

 

To configure Exchange Server emails for the Nokia Lumia 520

1. On the applications menu select 'Applications' >'Mail'
2. Select "Create a new Mailbox" it will start up a wizard.
3. Select "Mail for Exchange" from the list of available email accounts, and enter the following information: Username, Password, Domain (the address that follows the '@' sign) and click Next.
4. Click OK
5. Choose whether you want to synchronize your calendar, contacts, or tasks. Then select Next.
6. If there are already saved contacts on your phone the wizard will prompt you to either delete or keep the contacts. Select either "Keep on Phone" or "Delete from Phone". Once the selection is made synchronization will begin.

How to configure Gmail on Nokia Lumia 520

Follow these instructions to add an email account on your Nokia Lumia 520.

Go to settings and tap on Emails and Accounts. Now sign in to you Gmail account and enter your password. Now tap enter and you have your Gmail account logged in.

To setup additional accounts such as Gmail or Yahoo, tap Settings >> email + accounts >> add an account, then tap the account you wish to add.

Alternatively you can use Gmail app available in the online market which allows you to setup your Gmail account just in one touch.
