Hi there ,

You haven't specified the functioning of the hardware while starting your PC .

Does the LED lights up ???
If it didn't then your power supply is cut , Check the cables and if everything is ok then your SMPS Malfunctioned . Send your Pc to the manufacturer in order to get it repaired.

Are you hearing beep sounds ???

If yes then if you are hearing short beeps then RAM is dead , Replace RAM , If you hear Long beeps then Micro processor is dead , Replace the processor.

You hear nothing and the lights are up and nothing on the monitor ??

Then your RAM slot has dust and is blocking some connections. Remove the PC cover then you can see the RAM then press the two slits and then Pull the RAM then swipe out the dust and then blow hard to remove the dust in the slot and then put it back
Now the PC Starts.

Good luck

If your computer doesn’t start correctly, try a little troubleshooting. First, check if there is a USB device connected to a USB port before booting. This can prevent the operating system from booting up the computer. Remove any USB device from the USB port before starting the machine except for USB optical drive.

Next to check is your optical drive. Make sure it doesn’t contain a disc before booting the computer. Remove any disc from the optical drive before booting the computer. Now, if your computer still doesn’t boot correctly, try booting using the last good configuration. Start the CPU then press F8 before the Windows logo appears.

In the Advanced Boot Options screen, scroll down and select “Last Known Good Configuration” then hit Enter to boot the computer. If this still doesn’t work, try using the System File Checker utility in Safe Mode. Start the computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In Advanced Boot Options screen, select “Safe Mode” then hit Enter.

In Safe Mode, click “Start”, “All Programs”, “Accessories” then right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator” to launch an elevated command prompt. For Windows XP, just start the command prompt. In the command prompt window, type without quotes “sfc /scannow” then hit Enter. When you are prompted to insert the setup CD, insert your Windows setup CD or DVD on your optical drive and continue.

The System File Checker will scan all protected system files for incorrect versions and replaces them with correct ones. When it is finished, close the command prompt and restart the computer. See if you can now boot normally.
