Can we export Google Calendar to Outlook Calendar?
Hi
To export the calendar you can create a ‘Calendar Snapshot’ or a copy of the calendar. This does not continually update, but just creates one copy of your calendar. To complete this you will need to log into your Google account, click ‘calendars’, under calendars click the arrow button next to the calendar, click on calendar settings, select private address, select ICAL, for the calendar address click the address of the calendar, select OK and your calendar will then import into Outlook.
For your calendar to automatically update from Google to Outlook, you will want to follow these steps: log into your calendar account, select calendars, select the arrow button, select calendar settings, select private address, select ICAL, select the internet address and select copy. In outlook click on tools, then account settings, select internet calendars, then ‘new’, paste the web address that you previously copied, click add, under the folder name type the name of the calendar and then select ok.
