Dear Bharat IT,
You often download some files in PDF format from the Internet, and you wish to listen to them? There are so many software programs available through which you can easily convert PDF files into MIDI. But the software I should recommend that you use is SharpEye software to convert PDF files into MIDI.
There is also a 30 days free trial version available so it might be useful for your convenience. Let me know if it works for you! You can find it at this link below:

If that does not work the following link may be more useful for you, download it and install in your operating system and enjoy!

Hi…Bharat,
First of all you must download and install “PDF to Music pro” software to your system.
To extract music from the desired PDF file follow these steps
1. Start “PDF to Music pro” program.
2. Click the “File” tab and then “Open” to select a PDF file from your hard drive.
“PDF to Music pro” will load, and it will also automatically start the proceedings by displaying the file.
There is also a “Standard version” too. But it has limited options and features when comparing with the "Pro" version.

I have read your question and I understand that you need steps to extract mid to PDF.
Mid extension is Midi music file, since mid contains only music, this format extension is not supported by PDF so you can’t extract them directly from PDF there for you need a converter which is a program to extract midi from a PDF file, kindly check those free programs to download that can extract mid to PDF:
