Motorolla Motoluxe Memory is Full

Hello experts,

I have some issues on my Motorolla Motoluxe. It keeps on restarting and when it restarted, it hangs. What is the problem here? Do I need to update my firmware in order to fix this issue? Also, I am having issue on my memory that keeps showing it is full. What do I need to do?

Motorolla Motoluxe Memory is Full

Hello Jeffey,

This problem mainly occurs due to the cached file in the memory. In order to resolve this issue I would suggest you to perform a hard reset which can improve the device performance by clearing any cached files. Please follow the instructions to do so.

Step 1. Turn off the phone and remove the battery and wait for two seconds then re-insert the battery

Step 2.   the battery and push it into place

Step 3. Press and hold Volume Down button and Volume Up button and press the Power button keep the volume button held down until the android logo disappears.

Step 4. Touch HOME
