Data connection does not function even after having full reception

Hello experts,

I am using an HTC Titan II and I have never encounter any issues with it. But now, I am facing issues while I am on a place where the signal is poor. So I go to a place where there is a good reception but the data connection stops on working. I don't know what causes the issue. I can fix it after rebooting my device. However, I get irritated since it usually happens. Is this an issue with my mobile device? How can I fix it permanently?

Data connection does not function even after having full reception

This is a known problem with the connectivity in the HTC Titan II although it doesn’t seem to happen with every network but mostly AT&T. Is this the network you’re currently using?

This happens with all instances of the Titan II and a replacing the phone or main board will not solve the issue. It’s also not a problem of the SIM Card. The only way around it seems to use the 4G connection which is prevent the drops and subsequent data loss.

In the meantime, the networks where this problem recurs need to change how they handle data for these sorts of devices.
