Hello guys. Im currently making a Slide Show presentation for my report next week using MS PowerPoint 2007.
In the process of making the slides, a question suddenly came up from my mind.
Is it possible for an MS PowerPoint presentation to save as a Word File?
Im planning to give some handouts during the report.
Saving a PowerPoint into a Word File
Hey Fernerich!
If you want to convert your PowerPoint slides to Microsoft word then i have a simple solution for you. What you need to do is just to follow these steps.
As you have mentioned above that you are using MS PowerPoint 2007, you have to open your PowerPoint slide and click on the office button on the top of the window.
Then click on the Publish button and select "Create Handouts in Microsoft Word".
Your Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 file will automatically convert to Microsoft Office 2007.
Isn't it to simple?
Now just enjoy your work in MS Word.
Thanks

Saving a PowerPoint into a Word File
Hello, to convert a web power point presentation into microsoft word you need to follow this few steps on doing it. First you need to open the website containing your power point presentation in your browser.
When you have opened it you will see an extension file ppt on the address line, this is the file that your going to convert into microsoft word. Then you have to save as that file with a new name to your local drive.
Then close your browser, now open your document on power point then send it to micro soft word, while saving your power point presentation make an adjustment on settings like put a check on blank line next to slide and outline only, lastly save the document as word document, select the file then save as, rename it again for word documents.
