Below are few open source Dashboard Tools for KPI analysis. I would recommend you download both of them and see which one suits your requirements best.

1. SWING Dashboard: The user interface of SWING is very user friendly; it also allows regular monitoring of your organization’s activities, which helps in easy decision making.

2. X KPI: A program based on spreadsheets. The tool allows you to manage and compare the financial KPIs. It also has the feature to do the metrics analysis between the actual and budget metrics.
