Hello,

I got this weird error message using Windows XP Operating System trying to do something and failed to create the PKCS#12 backup file for unknown reasons. I am looking for the best outcomes resolving this issue. Thanks.

Certificate Export Error in Mozilla Firefox

Hi,

This error occurs when you have ‘Torbutton’ add-on installed on your Firefox browser. To fix this problem, you should try to follow these steps:

1. Go to your Firefox menu, Choose Tools.

2. Then, choose Addons. Click Extension.

3. Beside the ‘Turbutton’ extension, choose disable.
