Can I increase the speed of downloading an app on iTunes?

Guys,

I want to download “Chaos Rings” game. The size of this game is 698.2 MB.

The estimated time given by iTunes is more than 200 hours.

Is there any way to increase the download speed?

Can I increase the speed of downloading an app on iTunes?

The download speed really varies depending on the speed allotted to you by your Internet Service Provider or ISP. And even if you have a fast internet speed, the download speed is also affected by those users simultaneously downloading the same file as you are. The download speed may decrease if there are many users downloading the same file.

But on your part, you also have an option to increase your download speed.

1. Click Start then Run.
2. Type gpedit.msc then hit Enter.
3. Under Local Computer Policy, select Computer Configuration.
4. Double-click on Administrative Templates to expand the list.
5. Double-click on Network then QOS Packet Scheduler.
6. Double-click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth to open the Properties.
7. Under Setting tab, select Enable then set the Bandwidth limit to 0.
