Any recommendations of VB scripts for beginners?

See, my pal is learning a bit about it and wants to know if there are tutorials or something out there.

He is still finding it tricky and kind of scared to try on things fearing it will ruin something on the computer

In form of PDF files, videos and so on.

Your friend can search for VB tutorials on YouTube and get video tutorials on visual basic. VB scripts for beginners can also be gotten from the internet. Searching for it on the internet using the word "VB scripts.beginners" will do the trick.
