Iphone not connecting to wi-fi

My iPhone 5S is not connecting to wi-fi. What can the reason be? Should I change the router?Which router should I go for? Please give me sound advice. Thanks

Iphone not connecting to wi-fi

Hi Ayannahana,
The iPhone is not connecting to the WiFi due to Network settings.
To resolve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Go to 'Settings', Check that the Airplane mode is OFF
2) Navigate to 'General', click 'Reset Network settings'

3) In the resetting process, all the saved password are removed from the device
4) Restart the iPhone, and the problem will be solved
