How to remove defect from PC

I used Microsoft Safety Scanner to scan my files. It successfully removed all defects except one which is called Adwar:Win32/Adkubru. Is this something serious? How can I remove this from my computer?

How to remove defect from PC

Hello,

Please use the following programs to scan your machine for malware. Adware:Win32/Adkubru is malware that will adversely affect your machine. 

Download these two programs:

Malware Bytes:

Adware Cleaner:

Install these files after downloading them.

Run the programs while your computer is in Safe Mode.

After running these programs, run a Disk Cleaner or use a program called CCleaner to remove your temporary files. This step is important because it is possible to reinfect your computer.

If these solutions do not work, reformat your computer and reinstall Windows.
