Where to report a scam call

Last week I was called up twice by some unknown person who was claiming to be from the Windows service centre. He was saying that my computer was hacked and he wanted details to fix the issues. I inquired about him but he didnt tell any details about himself. Is this some kind of a scam call? Shold I report such a call? To whom or on which site can I report such scams?

Where to report a scam call

Hi !

The scammers are calling to get private information about you such as a bank account, passwords, etc. You should never reveal your private information on the phone to people you don't know and you don't trust. You can report if you want to the Police authorities and explain them what happened to you and they will take care of it.

Remember: Never reveal your private information to people you don't know at the phone of face to face without seeing an ID of them !
