Printer not printing color images

I am using a colour printer which is working fine with PDF files but for a Word file, the photos attached to the file are being printed black and white. The text is being also printed in its particular colour but not the photo. Why is this happening? How can this problem be solved? I have reinstalled office but still the same problem persisted. Please hep me about with this one. Thanks

Printer not printing color images

Hi,

There must have a setting option in your printer that is said RGB settings. In your settings that has not done correctly for printing color pictures. You need to change your settings, you will find your solution.
