File copy with schedule or time intervals

We need to do a file copy with schedule or time intervals at work. It has to be automatic where all the necessary files will be copied from a couple of computers to one on schedule. Is there a program to do this? It's for security reasons that we have to do this, backing up, etc.

Hello Johnny, There may be a way to backup all your computers to one on schedule just as you want it to.  

1.  Go into each computer 

     a.  From your Control Panel select System and Security then select Schedule Tasks.  

     b.  From here you can schedule each computer to create a backup at specified times to a specific location.

You can try Z-Cron software. It is Freeware and very advanced scheduler.
