Hi there,
I acquired a LG G2 smartphone the other day and went straight to try rooting the phone, I really enjoy tweaking my phones to suit some tastes the Stock Rom doesn't have, I did a NAND backup, rooted the phone and went ahead to install CynogenMod, the device stuck on the boot logo, I tried running the NAND backup, which is also stuck on the boot logo, what causes such problem? how can I solve this since I have already voided my warranty?

Hi !
It seems like you have done some processes which are recommended only for the people that have a lot of knowledge working with Android OS. After all these processes try to make and hard reset to your phone maybe you will have some luck to restore the phone. If is not working you will have to go to an authorized service to reinstall your Android OS. Also try with the warranty certificate maybe you will have some luck.

If you are having problems with your phone, try factory resetting it from Recovery Mode. With the phone completely off, press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously until the logo appears. When the logo appears, release the Power button but continue holding the other keys. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release all buttons. To navigate between the options, press the Volume Up/Down buttons.
To select or Enter, press the Power button. Now, press Volume Down and go to “wipe data/factory reset” then press the Power button to select. Next, press Volume Down and go to “Yes — delete all user data” then press the Power button to select. Android will begin clearing your phone’s data so just wait. When it is finished, go to “reboot system now” and press Power.
Note: before doing this, backup your phone’s data to the memory card and remove the memory card and SIM card from the device.
