Internet blocking not working properly

Hi there,

I am using Linksys EA4500 router and I want to block some sites in my house (likes of youtube and facebook), on computers the settings are working fine, but on my Galaxy S4 am still able to access all those sites via the same router, How can I make sure even mobile devices cannot access these sites?

Internet blocking not working properly

Hi !

When you are setting up the parental control on a router you are able easily to set on PC. You can set a number of PCs and the web sites that you want to block. With mobile phones are a bit different. You will need to check the MAC Addresses of the devices that you want to block, and when you have your router page open, you can check on the device list and get all the MAC Addresses of the devices that you want to block. Then you set up parental control, you may add the MAC Addresses of those devices.
