Howdy,
I have heard about this new fad circulating over the internet about the use of Liquid Cooling System to cool down a personal computer unit. When I first read about it I was very much excited to get myself one. Is it really better than the conventional fan ventilation system? How much will I spend for rigging such system? Can anyone give me a tutorial of how I can build a rig like this?
This is a photo I found in Google.

Thanks.
Is Liquid Cooling System Better Than The Conventional Fan Ventilation?
Hi Richie,
A liquid cooling system is actually more efficient than the convectional cooling system. This is because water has the ability to dissipate more heat than the various types of metals used in heat sinks. This, intern, allows for higher clock speeds in the processor as the ambient temperatures of the CPU core are still maintained within the manufacturer's specifications.
some advantages of this system is that:
-
The System is not limited to cooling one component; you can use it to cool the CPU,graphics and other components at the same time.
-
As opposed to air cooling, water cooling is also influenced less by the ambient temperature
-
Water cooling's comparatively low noise-level compares favorably to that of active cooling, which can become quite noisy
-
The main disadvantage, however is the potential for a coolant leak ,which can be fatal to various electronic components it comes into contact with.

The tutorial you requested for building such a system is tool long to explain word by word here. I therefore wish to refer you to this site :http://www.xoxide.com/water-cooling.html. AND ALSO http://koolance.com/how-to-build-a-water-cooled-pc
