Foxpro legacy system under Windows 7

Is it possible to run FoxPro legacy system under Windows 7? Also, what’s the difference of Visual FoxPro and FoxPro 2.6? Please help me. Thanks!

Foxpro legacy system under Windows 7

Hello Sadi,

Yes, FoxPro Legacy system will run in Windows 7 but the previous DOS and Windows versions will not be available for some reasons. The long-term answer is a rewrite; however, it will be more possible to accumulate a Fox2.6 system in to VFP 9 or to scuttle the original executes in a Windows 2000 virtual machine.
