My computer is working properly but there is an issue that the menu of All Programs is empty menu.
I don't know what is the issue but the list of all programs menu is empty and not showing any program in the list.
The programs are installed on the computer and working properly through shortcuts on the desktop.
Now let me know what to do.

Why “All Programs” menu is empty in start menu?
It is possible that a parasite of some sort has caused the issue.
You should scan for viruses.

Why “All Programs” menu is empty in start menu?
Hello Zoobia
The Start Menu a User sees comes from two folders:
C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuPrograms
and
C:Documents and Settings(username)Start MenuPrograms
Here (username) means your User Account configured on the computer.
You have to check those two folders.

To solve this issue and get back the list of all programs perform's the following tasks:
1. Click Start Menu >> Select Run
2. Type: regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
3. Click OK
4. Restart Your Computer System
After Restarting, the list of All Programs Menu will be restored and visible to you.
