Need memo application for Laptop

Hi Guys,

I am using Widows XP in my Laptop with MS Office 2010 and I am in need of a memo application for Laptop, that will allow me to create virtual sticky notes for Outlook items like email messages, appointments, tasks, contacts and meetings. Please suggest me a plugin or software that will help me to create sticky memo.

1) Download the software from the StickyNotes Official website
2) It offers user several ways to create and access notes through system tray menu
3) It provides settings in two parts program and notes
4) It balances between the speed and features for the user

B) StickyNotes BotherMe reminder
1) Download the software from the BotherMe official website
2) It places the sticky notes on the top before unlocking the screen
3) User can schedule the sticky notes at specific date and time
4) Add notes as calendar events
5) Sticky notes can appear permanently until user wants to remove it
